Sol Buckley’s West Side Service Station emerged as the clear leader when the three top performing Sol Service Stations in St. Kitts & Nevis were presented with Sol Excellence Awards for meritorious customer service during Q1, 2013.

For its exemplary performance, West Side received the Sol Excellence Platinum Award – the premier distinction for Sol Excellence Awards. The next best performer during the period was S.L. Horsford’s Service Station, presented with the Sol Excellence Gold Award, while Central Service Station, rounded out the top three with a Sol Excellence Silver Award.

Other awardees were F & H Frisco Service Station which received the Sol Excellence Bronze Award, and there was a Sol Excellence Special Incentive Award for B’s Service Station, for their efforts in achieving the top mystery motorist score of 100%.

Retailer at West Side, Damien Hobson thanked Sol for taking time to recognise their efforts and encouraged staff members at West Side to keep up the excellent work:

 “At West Side Service Centre we always try to achieve the highest levels of Customer Service and we are extremely proud that our employees have been able to exemplify this, and in so doing have been recognised and rewarded by Sol for their efforts, we encourage them to continue to maintain and exceed the standards set.”

Roger Brathwaite, General Manager of SOL EC LTD. - St. Kitts, said Sol was proud to partner with the outstanding retailers:

Presented under the theme “Operational Excellence – Celebrating People & Performance” the Sol Excellence Awards are handed to the top performing Sol Retail sites during each quarter of the year.
