SOL EC LTD. held its first Dealer Meeting for 2013 with its family of dealers on Tuesday 16^th April 2013 at Palm Haven Hotel.  There were several matters down for discussion, however the focus of the meeting was to recognise the top performing service oriented sites for the 2012 calendar year. The top performing sites were;

• 4^th Place winner - Glace Motors
• Joint 2^ndplace winners - Shell Gros Islet and Chaussee Enterprises
• 1^st Place winner - E. Jn. Marie Ltd

At E. Jn. Marie Ltd, located on Manoel Street there is a commitment to ensuring that all staff learn from positive attitudes of winning staff members to ensure excellence at the site.   Mr. Jn. Marie noted the customer is why he is in business and once the staff recognise and appreciate this then their customers will keep coming back because of how they are treated.

For E. Jn. Marie he observed that "Attendants need little encouragement, however we have created a family like environment where staff enjoy their work and receive encouragement from each other daily.”

Speaking on their plans to maintain their ranking in 2013, Mr. Jn. Marie noted that the award has brought him much pride and was achieved through the dedicated service his staff offers their customers every single day.  He thanks his staff in their absence for their hard work.
