Sol Go Further Drive In and Sail Out Winners Receive Prizes April 9, 2014

A deserving St. Maartener is getting set to sail out of St Maarten on a relaxing Alaskan cruise with a guest of their choice, after being drawn as the winner of Sol St. Maarten’s recent “Drive in and Sail Out” promotion.
The atmosphere at the Madame Estate Service Station was charged with keen anticipation last week as the name of the Grand Prize winner, Helmira Lloyd, was drawn from the several thousands of entries submitted by Sol customers.
Four other winners drawn for consolation prizes of Apple iPhones included Rosa Hanson, Jeremy Peterson, Michael Teixeira, and Marbella Euson, while 36 other lucky participants will each receive vouchers for NAf100 in Sol Go Further gasoline or diesel. St. Maarteners listening in on popular Radio Station, Laser 101, were able to share in the excitement as the Grand Prize draw was broadcast live.
The delighted group of winners all attended a prize giving ceremony on Wednesday April 9th at the Sol St. Maarten’s Main Office where they received their prizes with congratulations from David Antrobus, General Manager of SOL ANTILLES N.V., St. Maarten. He said the promotion which aimed to reward customers by giving them a chance for easy living with a relaxing and enjoyable vacation cruise, had indeed been very successful.

Sol Go Further gasoline was launched in December 2012 and is exclusively available from Sol branded service stations and marinas in St. Maarten. Sol Go Further gasoline will clean, reduce friction, reduce corrosion, and result in improved fuel economy up to 10 KM per tankful, based on average driving conditions in a 1.8 litre car with a full 50 litre gas tank .
The Sol Go Further “Drive in and Sail Out” promotion began in the third week of January 2014 and ran for a period of 10 weeks at all six Sol Service Stations in St Maarten. All customers spending NAf45 spent on Sol Go Further gasoline or diesel were eligible to enter.
