In the Community

The Safety Fair saw over four hundred primary school students accompanied by their teachers as well as several members of the general public in attendance. The Government in Anguilla anticipates that through this initiative they will foster enhanced collaboration, increase information sharing, improve the level of alertness, and witness stronger mobilization during any incident that takes place on the island.

Country Manager for Sol in Anguilla remarked, “Sol is indeed happy to have partnered with the Government and some twenty-six other businesses and NGO’s in sponsoring and showcasing our products.  This is our third year of involvement and our focus was to highlight the safety aspects which should be practiced when handling petroleum based products, specifically LPG. Our live demonstration, literature and giveaways were received with much excitement. I am happy to say the feedback has been overwhelming and has given Sol that positive mark as a leader in practicing safety in Anguilla”.
