St. Lucia Shell Dealer Reigns Again for Top Performing Service StationJuly 26, 2012
Ms. Nelista Rambally, Dealer of Shell Bexon in St. Lucia received an award for the Shell‘s Customer Service Programme.
Presented to Shell Dealers who exemplify a high standard of service; this is the second time Ms. Rambally has received this prestigious award as the Top Performing Service Station in her region.
The presentation took place at Palm Haven Hotel, St. Lucia during Sol EC Ltd’s quarterly Dealer Meeting.
When accepting her award, Ms. Rambally gave insight on the reasons behind her success of managing a top performing Shell Service Station.
“Our success can be attributed to consistently performing at our best. We always ensure the staff members are trained in customer service steps consistently. They are encouraged to put themselves in the shoes of a customer they are serving. We also let our staff know how valuable they are to the success of the business.”
